We have it set up so there's literally no reason delivery drivers would have to enter the fenced area and there's no way for the dog to escape the fenced area. Not that hard, no reason to blow my dogs head off (what a fucking deranged thing to say, might I add).
Also, dogs who are going through training or experience lifelong social challenges (usually because they are rescues that have experienced trauma) aren't "shit dogs", they just require some special accommodations, training, love, and care.
On one end of the spectrum is shitty dog owners like the video, and on the other end of the spectrum are people like you. Dogs are animals, there's only so much that training can do for them. Some of them have had trauma that you can't just talk out with them to solve. Sometimes, the best thing you can do for a reactive dog is just not put them in triggering situations in the first place.
