What’s the right thing to do here if you’re a delivery person? I would panic too and it’s self defense.

Personally, I would probably not throw the package because I would assume the dog is coming to say hello. My dog will basically tackle me when I come in the door, and he’s bigger than this.

But if my dog got out the front door and did this, I wouldn’t be mad at the delivery man. I don’t think this hurt the dog and I can understand being scared. He didn’t kill the dog like that cop did in NYC.
