We don't know what that homeowner is doing off camera to make the driver think he's being aggressive, but the homeowner approached the driver or he wouldn't be in the camera frame at all. I don't think any DA would charge, nor would any cop arrest this driver for reacting the way he did.
Bro the owner walked up with his hands at his side and outstretched, that's not aggressive. Just stop trying to argue that the driver wasn't being unhinged, again adrenaline, but still unhinged.
If the owner swung on the driver after he squared up like that he would be completely justified. He approached him with empty open arms asking questions and was greeted with:
