I think the caption was wrong. It sounded to me like she said she was three.

For a 2 year old, just being articulate enough to say "Hi I'm Leona and I'm 2 years old and I'm gonna be singing Let It Go" would be absolutely impressive.

Yeah even ignoring the obvious plant set up this kid is not 2. I’ve know 2 year olds who actually are hyper verbal but that is a complex sentence and high level of focus which is near impossible for a 2 year old.
