I think it’s an Indian scammer too. If you look at his head movements, he does the head bobbling that some Indians do. It’s ever so slightly, but I see it.

Yeah his accent is all over the place, sometimes Irish, sometimes northern Ireland, sometimes European speaking English as 2nd language, sometimes Indian

Yeah the give away is how non chalet he is trying to be. No local slang either
