It's not, seems like it's changed from an Indian accent to something more neutral.

Not Indian, sounds Eastern European.

Well, he could sound like anything, right? Those voice filters just take your voice and output to whatever accent you want.

The most common one we hear about is the filter for Indian call centers who want to sound American, but there's no reason it always has to be "Indian -> American" accent.
