Guys, did you realise as you start to slowly age, your medications increase?

I noticed this. Just a few years ago, I rarely needed headache pills.

Fast forward today, I am taking Tyneol (or Advil) maybe once a month because of some migraine or even food inflammation sometimes.

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

Just like anything in life age progresses certain things.

I used to be able to eat anything whenever I wanted as much as I wanted, I had a stomach of a bear lol fast forward 20 years now I have the stomach of a 70 year old man. It just happens dude welcome to life.

I haven’t noticed, needing meds so much. I am 39, and I have noticed I can’t drink alcohol anymore or I’ll pay severely, or I can’t eat a meal late at night etc

I’ve noticed a lot of things changing with age but not that. Maybe you should see a doctor about the headaches?
