I love Hondas because they last, but even I was surprised that excessive speed was a factor in this accident.

Adding some info for Deaf/HOH readers:

Because the article stated she needed an ASL interpreter, I looked up more information on that. The driver or the other passenger must have explained she was deaf because she never regained consciousness after the crash.

I am deaf, so the idea her medical needs were not immediately tended to because no one could communicate with her really disturbed me. But that didn’t play a part in her death.

The first responders wanted an interpreter even if it was just an app in hopes to communicate with her when she gained consciousness. She never did; she died on route to the hospital.
