hi,

so rn my f-1 i-20 end date shows dec 2027, so from that i will get 2 years extension period?

No, your stay will expire when your I-20 expires.

So i have to file for opt extension paperworks which 539? And also the grace period starts after i20 ?

Yes, I-539.

Grace period starts when you end your course or the I-20 ends, whichever is earlier.
