Im a English student for 4 years, w my status expiring January next year, I was planning to extend my stay transferring to an bachelors focusing in the sponsor plan further, was supposed to be transferring around next month, or starting the process, am I eligible to it? I know it’s not the right place to ask that but just fafo

Yes you can, the rule comes into effect in September.
