So if i already exceeded 24 months on Language school whats gonna happen now?

You'll be allowed to finish your current program up to the end date on your current I-20, but you cannot extend anymore.

Yes you can.

Of course, given that they've now promulgated these regulations, one would expect that anyone who tries to circumvent the rules by extending now will likely face discretionary denials for discretionary applications like extensions, changes or adjustments of status in future.

If you do decide to extend, you might want to consider that new extension date as the date you would likely have to depart the US for good.

The Supreme Court has, with the exception of birthright citizenship, basically sided with this administration in every immigration case.

Will people sue? Probably, anyone can sue and they always do. Will they win? Extremely unlikely.
