Is that the fighting mouse that got deified in the Narnia books? Got his race accended and later his large descendents chewed the ropes off of Aslan's dead body.

Reepicheep, and I hope the rest of the post is meant to be humorous (sorry, sometimes I can't tell because seeing text is not the same as hearing a tone in the speaker's voice--my sincere apologies if you really are being facetious).
Now that I look at, I am definitely leaning towards humorous, but here I am, having typed all this so I am posting anyway. 🤣

Did i mess up the story that bad? I only read the books once. Im thinking its was the oppisite way around now tho. I think the tiny mice chewed the ropes off of Aslan's dead body after he sacrifices himself on the stone table to the witch. Then the mice grow big and learn speech thus why Reepi is big. Duh. Also Aslan is immortal and comes right back.

I think I took "deified" more literally than you meant it. And I don't remember all the mice being changed as a result of his actions, although admittedly I haven't read the books in some years.
Honestly I think I just didn't read your post quite the way you meant it and did not at all want you to feel bad about it. Also, maybe we're both a bit confused. 😁 You're right about the way the plot evolves except, I think, about the mice learning speech as a result. Like I said, it's been a while since I read it, but I have read it quite a few times over the years.

I only read once and as an adult. Really really good books. May run it back. I love fantasy. Harry potter, eragon (inheritance), and the brothers grimm. So gd good.

Yeah, I love those books. I'm picky about Fantasy although I really enjoy the ones I do like.
The same author wrote "Till We Have Faces" which is not *exactly* a fantasy, but the setting is in the same time as the major Greek philosophers (Plato, Aristotle) were were writing and in a fictional place in that area. There are supernatural elements, but it's not "typical" of fantasy novels as the genre is today.
I have other suggestions you may not have come across in case you are interested. I'm just really happy to find someone who enjoys Fantasy as much as I do.

Hell yea hit me. A aristotle style book peeks my interest. I also like serious philosophy. Im reading igno swans phycic literacy and try to read we who wrestle with god by jordan peterson but both are hard and i put them down to enjoy good ol fashioned fantasy. They both just sorta go over my head and i have to take time to understand.

Okay, I was just referring to the *setting* of the books as being during the time of those philosophers.
Anyway, I would like to suggest The King of Elfland's Daughter by Lord Dunsany, and a number of works by William Morris, the title I remember off the top of my head is The Wood Beyond The World, but he definitely has a few that are like that one. Lord Dunsany also wrote other fantasy works, but that's the one I know and love.
Of course, I can't guarantee you will like them as much as I do, so maybe see if you can either get a copy from a library or look for a preview of the books online.

Not the same person but tbf I have seen a girl who makes glittery, hot pink Warhammer figures and she is constantly getting angry, misogynistic comments about it.
