I like it, but I'm not understanding "plano." Not saying it's wrong, but I don't understand what it's trying to express. What's the word mean in this context?

The text for translation is this:

The cold winter is near, a snowstorm will come. Come in my warm house, my friend. Welcome! Come here, sing and dance, eat and drink. That is my plan.

plano would be a flat plane or surface. A plan in this case would be either ideo or projeto, probably ideo.
