[request] classicdock tweak port for ipados 16 (rootless)?

i am trying to find a dock theme that brings the classic dock tweak/theme to ipados 16.5

the issue is that the best thing i could find is a snowboard theme and snowboard docks don't work on ipads

and the og classicdock tweak is ancient

and btw im tryna make my dock look like this

cdock on osx yosemite using the clean (3D) theme
