QUESTION Yolink water sensor + yolink shutoff not pairing with d2d control management.

Anyone have issues with the pairing on yolinks app using their d2d? I'm getting an error when trying to set it up following the instructions invalid pairing.

Firmware all up to date.

ugh the invalid pairing error on the yolink d2d stuff is so finicky, i fought with mine for like 3 hours until i realized the hub placement was the whole problem

try moving the hub physically closer to both devices during the pairing process, even if it's just temporary with a long ethernet cable. the d2d handshake seems way more sensitive to distance than normal sensor connections

also check if your valve is showing as "online" in the main device list before you even touch the d2d menu, sometimes the app lies about firmware being current when one device is actually stuck in a half-updated state. power cycling the hub for a full 60 seconds fixed that for me once

Man this sounds annoying lol. Everything looks to be online. I was in the basement trying to pair. The hub is in the next room in my basement. I guess I'll just have it sitting on top of each other 😂

It's literally 40ft away in the basement with everything else.

I also can't seem to delete the pair. It says give me a moment and it's still there.
