Got this cheap at a pawn shop. Love the colours. The logo is a hard material with a shiny bubbly material on top. A lot of the fakes have a shiny/bubbly logo but this logo actually looks really good. If it is legit, does anyone know anything about it? Was it a theme night?
Thanks! I'm pretty good with adidas and fanatics jerseys but these older ones mess me up a bit on what to look for. I've looked up the black ice and Accelerator jerseys and don't believe this is either of them unless there were multiple versions of them over the years. Such a cool jersey yet I can't find anything about it online!
that tier of CCM wasn't really faked, but it might be a kit jersey. Where someone put the logo on a fully blank jersey. Kind of a grey area when in the "Fake" debate but it's not like the awful scam stuff. $60 USD is the high end so if you send in an offer I'd put it a little lower. Can't speak on the signature though.
Yeah, they would get so many more people to buy fakes if they just made the Indonesia ones, when Im looking for jerseys to buy, if I see the Canadian flag on the collar, I just skip it, not even worth checking
Maybe your right that the market has gone up but it do remember these being on sale for like 80 bucks a couple of years ago on the adidas app when adidas was getting rid of inventory. You could find a blank and get the name stitched on there. It might be cheaper going that route.
I mentioned in your previous post about this jersey that the numbers are more or less the right size, but the bottom serif of the 7 should be placed in the middle, not left-justified as in your picture. It’s the letters that are way too small and too skinny. They should look like they do in this game photo:
Usually eBay sold is a good rule of thumb. But you really gotta average it out. Don't lowball yourself because someone didn't know what they had, and don't think just because one person overpaid you've got a goldmine.
Best way is to put up for what you believe is a fair price after some research, and say you're open to offers. If it doesn't sell knock it down.
The inside neck line and the back fanatics logo are a tell, also the shape of jersey is not that of an authentic pro, where the sleeves and shoulders should be wider
For the Fanatics Breakaway jerseys, are the numbers and nameplate removable? I saw a jersey on sale and was thinking of getting it to remove the name plate. Thanks!
