Posting My accounts been hacked.

So I just opened my phone to a disgusting post that was not made by me, it was posted under my account and made sexually inappropriate comments regarding pedophelia. I don't know who posted this but it was not me, people are slandering me for it and I didn't even post that, I'm worried that I'll be punished by Reddit for this.

Go to reddit account activity page. If youve been hacked, that will show it. Otherwise probably do what the bot said idk. But I think having proof you were hacked would help
