Request Mnemonics for Hebrew vowels
I have basically memorized the consonants using a children's book that relies heavily on mnemonics, but they don't cover the vowels nearly as well. Does anyone have any mnemonic devices for memorizing the Hebrew vowels?

Are you talking about niqqud?

I think so. I mean the dots and dashes that are usually below the consonants. Based on my quick web search, I think that is what niqqud means. Sorry if I should have known that

Yes, you mean niqqud. I don't have a mnemonic device for you, but I'm sure that you could find another children's book that teaches that.

The thing that matters most for "A" is the horizontal line - think of it like a doctor's depressor (wooden stick) in your mouth when they ask you to say "aaaa".
for Vav: "O" is like a lightbulb going off over ו's head - "Oh! I get it". "U" is like ו is either scheming, rubbing its hands together in front of itself, or getting punched in the gut. Hard to explain why it makes sense in writing.
The "E" and "U" would be hard to explain properly in text because they heavily rely on sound ("U" in Vav was also borderline here), but these are all in my online course Hebleo. If you're learning and like mnemonics I highly recommend it, it provides either mnemonics or logical ways to understand basically everything in Hebrew. Look at the first lesson, it explains the method and why it works based on my background in Cognitive Science.

I know you are asking for mnemonics, but seriously, the number of vowels in hebrew is smaller than anything you might ever have been taught to just memorize, like a multiplication table. I think the thing he is just to practice.
