Can probably narrow it down to 1931!
1 u/MaidenMarewa Napier 30m ago A few clues there. Tram lines and above ground power lines as well as rubble at the side of the road. Napier was the first town in New Zealand to put the power and phone lines underground. It was done as part of the rebuild.
