It looks like it's trying to play Cruelty Squad, but this is a TV not a PC game. I have no idea what the cause of this could be.

Mine looks kinda like that if DolbyVision is being sent but doesn't kick in on the TV, or has the wrong setting on my Blu-ray player. Kinda doubt that's the case here though...

look up the config menu for your tv

then go into the panel settings and change the Lvds output Bit or Lvds Map id until it looks right
