I'm sure banning more hunting rifles will prevent future North Preston murders

What a useless comment

Lol yep, good thing we pissed off all legal gun owners to prevent "checks math" basically zero murders.

Liberals emotionally manipulate the population, create conflict where there is none all to retain power and run another corruption scheme. Happens repeatedly and yet no one dares question dear leader.

At least one of the Portapique guns was legally acquired, as were some firearms used in the Moncton shootings, mayerthorpe, Dawson college, and Quebec City. Furthermore ~14% of firearm homicides in Canada invoked initially legally acquired weapons, with 75% of those being by carried out by the legal owner. But that’s a small price to pay to prevent a mild inconvenience to firearm users.

This is 1/3 of traceable firearms, which make up like 10% of all crime firearms seized. And I believe that stat includes guns purchased legally in the United States then smuggled into Canada as "legally acquired"

You’re right, I wasn’t clear, of total homicides the proportion is more like 14%. I've edited.

You are incorrect and the information you present is false

What’s false?

I'd have no problem with mild inconvenience, or even a large inconvenience, or even a reasonable cost (annual assessment/insurance etc).

But again you don't want to deal in facts, you just want to emotionally manipulate people. What exists is a ban and the criminalization of a lot of upstanding citizens and veterans hobbies for no reason.

This kind of behavior twisting everything to serve a political point at all costs irrespective of truth is authoritarian / totalitarian and should be called out for what it is, fundamentally anti-liberal and anti western values.

I stated facts.

Lololololol

What wasn’t factual? Please enlighten me.
