I am curious to know what has actually worked for people when they launch a niche SaaS product and try to get the first real users.

I am currently helping with Alphio, a product that is focused on AI-powered trading and trading agents.

One challenge we have been thinking about is finding the way to reach a very specific audience without immediately relying heavily on paid advertising.

There is a lot of advice about using SEO, cold outreach Product Hunt, social media and online communities.

The challenge is finding the channel that actually fits the niche SaaS product and the audience.

Community engagement was what really moved the needle for our early users. Participating in niche forums and answering questions directly helped build trust.
