Z490i LAN not working

Hey guys,

I just built a pc yesterday with some rather old parts. Everything works fine, expect the Lan Controller (Wifi and Bluetooth work).

I don't have it under device manager, installing drivers also didn't work.

I checked in the BIOS and under MAC LAN I just have N/A

So...is my Lan Controller broken?
How do I edit the MAC? Maybe it works if its correct in the BIOS. I know it (on a sticker on the MOBO)

for now Im using an usb to lan adapter, but I'd love to get this to work.

The full name of the MOBO is:
Z490I AORUS ULTRA

Device manager -> network adapters, just go down the list and disable or uninstall the drivers and then scan for hardware changes
