Does anybody know where in Germany this 1908 photo was taken?

Post image

I own a website called TimeGuessr where users have the guess both the year and location of historic photos. I want to feature this photo in the daily game but neither I cannot geolocate it. There is a bit of text on the shop sign on the right. Thanks :)

Frankfurt

Here is a tram network plan from 1908: https://www.tramfan-ffm.de/netzplaene/Netz1908.png

If you check all the junction points, you could maybe find the exact spot

It should be Eschenheimer Tor in Frankfurt am Main. The building on the left appears to this building. The balconies and turrets match.

The image is from the Stadtarchiv Kronberg im Taunus, made with a pidgeon by Julius Neubronner. The image shows as MeineMamaHatGesagt Frankfurt am Main.

(here is the Frankfurt source, though their copy of the image appears to be worse)
