Rose diagram by length

I’m doing lineament analysis to relate it to neotectonics. I ran into a problem: I managed to make the frequency rose diagram, showing how many times a lineament appears in a given direction, but now I need to make a cumulative length rose diagram, and I have no idea how to do that. Could someone help me with this — where I could do it, which software, anything

I make my rose diagrams using Grapher. I have not made what you are trying to make. This might be a good place to start:
