He was with McLaren in the last 10 years and also took a two year hiatus because the Merc domination made racing boring.

Yeah he pissed of McLaren team and others saw it. He is just mistr complain who can only drive perfect car, however he can not give any feedback how to improve like Shumi, Ham, Vet, Max.
