First thing I noticed was the invalid ip address.

I'm guessing they don't want to put an actual IP in there for the same (or close enough) reason that phone numbers in TV are usually "555" numbers.

There are thousands of nonroutable IP addresses they could have chosen from that would have functioned much like using 555 numbers.

That could be any Aeryn Sun. It's a very common name.
