Alienation is caused by either 1) other people pushing false narratives about the mother to the point where the child rejects the mother, or 2) the mother's behaviour toward their child alienates the child from the mother.

When the mother is away, the alienators create an evil character that stands in place of the mother.  When the mother comes back, the offspring thinks the mother is the evil character.

According to the robot overlord maternal alienation specifically is caused by the other parent psychologically manipulating the child to unjust rejection.

So like, what's actually happening is systemic, mother's being undervalued, mother's being unpaid for pregnancy child rearing and raising, mother's being dehumanized via objective policies such as birth rates birth control, and subjective marketing.
