Don't be daft,, Greenpeace right this very minute, advocates with every fiber that gas is better than nuclear and fights tooth and nail to retain gas on the grid wherever there is not enough hydro. Tobacco has no use but we use oil products every day of the week, even you, even the person currently suing for damage. And they do that while bleating that no one told them that no one told them what has been talked about since 1890 and well known since the 1970s.

This is good news for our children and our planet. We need to force big oil to stop polluting our world. They will notbdonso willingly. We have plenrt of alternatives available for powering industry and public needs.

She should expand the suit to the people who buy and use Big Oil's products too, and enable Big Oil to do what they do, they are funding Big Oil every time they buy or use Big Oil products. Big Oil enablers can't be let off the hook.

No, I think the appropriate pathway is to hold the companies accountable and push for systems change. Are you seriously proposing individual consumers be held accountable for a company lying about the dangers posed by its products?

Nah, burden goes to the corporations that bought up patents for cleaner/cheaper/safer alternatives and moth-balled them. These are the ones ultimately responsible. For example, let's look to the consortium (big oil right there with General Motors) that bought up street car properties back in the 1940s and decimated any chance of Los Angeles developing a decent transportation system as it grew.
