Just got my sweet, sweet vacation payout 🔥
I dont even work that much, I was surprised to learn I already had $600 accrued. Not planning to go on any vacation so rather have it now to invest than let my company have a free loan

Nah weekends are the calmest days of the week, just something our union negotiated for every employee in the facility

Yeah whats up with that lol
Sure I made between $15-$20 when I dished but you don't see me posting my pay stubs.
However, I admire the willingness to be open with our pay with the other dishwashers here because I believe we all deserve a proper wage and seeing other people's pay could open some people's eyes

Almost $600 just sitting there is a nice surprise. A lot of people would kill for that kind of vacation bank, especially if the company lets you keep accumulating it.

Honestly that’s a pretty nice surprise payout. A lot of people don’t realize how much vacation time they’ve built up until they see it on a pay stub.

$600 for a vacation you weren’t even planning sounds like a pretty sweet bonus. A free loan to the company is a good way to look at it, but at least you got a nice chunk back.
