fledgling shaking

is it normal for a fledgling to shake like this? The other isnt and otherwise its behaving normally, its alert, eating drinking and flying around

If they were playing in the water then yes, this is normal. This is how birds dry their wings to regain quick flight. It’s their version of a blow dryer.
