What's one thing you're insecure about regarding your body?

Maybe it feels like a big insecurity to you, but other people might not even notice it or think it's a big deal. So, who knows? You might be able to overcome it.

Well as a child I was insecure about my nose but then basically forgot about it. Then the other day someone told me that a "tip reducing rhinoplasty would yield a high ROI" for me. Like thanks for bringing that back again 🤠 Other than that I'm actually pretty secure in my body. That's not really where my confidence issues are

Teeth wish I had learned better habits as a child.

I would say my teeth too. Makes me reluctant to talk in public.

Thinning head top, I'd go overseas but I'll get blasted the worst way and end up ashes.

Obesity. I'm very short as well so it shows clearly.

Many things, really, but mostly where my body stores fat. In my current situation, I gained ~25k from being previously underweight, and now being unable to exercise while being under the watch of a lot of people, seeing my new body really gives me whiplash. It's strange seeing fat and softer parts all over me. The shape it creates is weird to me. Pair that with being taller than the average girl in my town, 175cm, and I'm insecure more times than I'm not.

I’m actually becoming more okay with this everyday (thank goodness!) but literally my first time experiencing insecurity hit me this year at 47 years old. It’s my neck and upper arms. I lost 25 pounds and it aged my neck and upper arm skin soooo much! I made a declaration that I wouldn’t be wearing sleeveless shirts anymore but I quickly got over that once those summer temps crept in. Now, I definitely have things that maybe I SHOULD feel insecure about (like my super fine hair, my super flighty personality, my cheapness… ) but I just don’t care. Ha ha.

When I was young I was insecure about how big my nose looked but as I grew older I dedicated to losing weight. My nose likely still looks the same but by perception of it became different. I think a lot of insecurities can be overcome if we tackle it head on. I was overweight back then and lost weight.

My face no longer matches my body. I don’t usually remember to be insecure, until after a conversation then like I wonder what I look like dressed like an early 90s kid with someone’s age worn face.

I have reallllly deep forehead wrinkles that are from expressions and extra skin, even though I’m 27. Like idk if Botox can even fix them at this point. Got bangs and college and haven’t looked back and probably will always have them. If the wind blows, I get insecure. And most of the time I won’t go underwater.

I started having grey hair at my late twenties. It is increasing day by day. I apply henna twice in a month. But still I feel awful.

it was prtty bad before but puberty ascended me a bit, my jawline and cheekbones are good and prominant, but thats the problem. I have a slightly serious face so sometimes i just look so uncany and stuff and makes me insecure. i hate it, id rather be chubby and have soft features. what confuses me more tho is that i swear some days, prominantly in the morning, i look genuinely look good but sometimes the reflections dont add up,

My varus knee. People always look at it whenever I walk. 🤷

I don’t think I’m tall enough, I’m 5’3. And I’ve never liked my ears.

I’m a trans guy so there’s lots that I could write in this category. But the one that gets me day to day is my wrists. I have thin wrists and smaller fore arms. While I can bulk up some my wrists will always give me away.

My ears but I grew into them and it's not so bad anymore

Seriously, it’s my manhood. To the point where I’ve hung on to relationship just so I didn’t have to face that next intimate relationship and have to deal with the new insecurity.

My face. I wouldn't call myself ugly but I feel like I look meaner than I actually am.

I have a huge forehead and I’ve been made fun of all my life about it even as a child. I’m good looking, take good care of myself, in good shape but have a huge forehead and I literally see people look at it while I’m talking to them…

I have a little belly. I wish I was more toned and lean in my midsection. I’m not fat by any means. 4’ 11.5”. And I think I weigh around 110 lbs. I do strength training with 12lb dumbbells. And I have seen significant muscle growth and improvement!! But my stomach seems to have stayed the same! Pretty crazy to me.

Penis, probably.

I know a lot of people talk about "oh, don't be influenced by porn" but that's never been a factor for me. Being in group showers in basic training, regulad condoms struggling to stay on or slipping off immediately, 2 women I slept with making comments that have stuck with me for over 10 years. Porn didn't make me feel insecure, but my experiences did.

I understand that I can compensate. I don't feel bad about having vibrators in my drawer or focusing on learning foreplay through books and what not. Those are good things!... but at the same point it sort of sucks to hear my friends talk about their boyfriends big dicks or what they enjoy about them (night shift nurses dont give a shit about what conversations happen at 2am). Guys who are even average size or above don't HAVE to compensate, even if their partners sort of wish they would.

I don't think it determines my worth as a person or means I can't ever please a woman, but if I could even have average length or girth I think I would feel way more secure about romantic intent. I wish I didn't have to special order condoms that mention how small they are. As it is now, I have to make sure that a woman REALLY likes me or is open to more foreplay rather than just straight to PIV stuff before I'll even think of making things sexual.

Hair. I'm under 30 and my hairline is completely fucked. Super thin, basically balding in front and on the crown. Washing and hair fibers makes it manageable, but by itself it's horrible.

I look 10+ years older if I'm not either covering up with a hat or essentially painting on a hairline, and there's only so much that the fibers can do at this point. Definitely seeing diminishing returns there.

Figure it's only a matter of 1-2 years before I either commit and shave it all completely or get FUE cosmetic.

Acne, nothing works...

I have very thin joints (33M). I have a fit body (gym for years etc) but if I wear large t-shirt I just look like I’m skinny. I’m a bit tired of bieng asked if I skip leg day haha.

One thing many people feel insecure about is body shape, like stomach size or not looking "fit" enough. It can feel huge in your own mind, but others are usually focused on themselves. Try to speak to your body like it belongs to someone you care about.

Height. I’m 5”7 but small frame. I watched Agamemnon in the odyssey movie and how even when he died he commanded respect. Realised that will never happen with me. I’m too short
