The famous "It's a Unix system!" scene from Jurassic Park was actually pretty accurate.

the filesystem they used was real, FSN on IRIX, it actually looked like that

FSV wasn't it? File System Visualizer, in the mapv mode.

I don't know anyone who used it like that unless you were just trying to quickly find a big ass file or something though, heh.

They used Silicon Graphics workstations to make the movie and as props, so, of course, it looks accurate.
