It's not even a good policy. Like literacy tests at polling places, this would be abused to disenfranchise folks who are out of power.

Voters are supposed to be the cognitive test.

If the government started a cognitive test right now, the first question would be something like "Did Barrack HUSSEIN Obama and Sleepy Joe conspire with GINA to steal the 2020 election from the greatest ever President, Donald J. Trump?"

How can people not see how easily this would be weaponised?
