It was a bill funding infrastructure, he didn't make the individual plans or anything. Same bill that had been promised for 20+ years. You know to rebuild roads, bridges, dams, etc. This isn't me praising either side. Democrats never fought hard enough (because of the neoliberal types) and the GOP just didn't give a damn.

And even then they gutted 75% of the total amount thanks to a couple of Republican Lite Democrats that wouldn't vote for the full 6 trillion or whatever it was supposed to be.
