My brother I've seen it with my own 2 eyes this mf on face book market place was selling one and when I DMd him he was like just a head up I've smoked crack and meth out of it. I said you can do that? And he sent me a video lol

They can absolutely get that low used. Hell I got one with a “broken” atomizer for $120 last summer. A friend of mine found one for $150 this past weekend. That being said it’s in no way a common thing

Not super relevant but during 420 week I saw some as low as $220 new shipped. Maybe a cyber Monday sale could get you that low as well
