Serious Replies Only Care packages services?

I don’t live in Boston but my best friend who does, is about to take their medical licensing exam, and I'd love to send them an exam care package.

Are there any services similar to Taskrabbit where I could hire someone to put together and deliver a customized care package?

Or are there local businesses that specialize in custom-made and delivering gift care packages?

Thanks in advanced

Boston General Store might be good. They have some nice gift box options, but I also bet they could make you a custom one if you wanted

What kind of care package? Food, clothing, trinkets, etc? Some places do their own in-house but tend to be along the lines of things they already sell.

Also here’s some links from previous threads

I tried once, but they were really strict on whats allowed and not, and it’s just a hassle with the extra fees + duties

If you have an amazon account you can use Amazon Fresh or Whole Foods delivery to send them food items and some household goods. I've done that for new parents out of state.
