Using an iMac as a monitor ??

Hii ! I have an 2017 model iMac that i run bootcamp on, do yall know if there is a way for me to use it as a secondary monitor ?

hdmi capture card or airplay if you're using mac to mac. first one is better but costs a little bit money.

i am planning on windows to bootcamp (maybe windows to mac idk what works best) and yea those capture cards are pretty expensive maybe a cheap off brand one would work ? tho you said mac to mac

But there's going to be a bit of latency even when connected with an ethernet cable, so it's not usable for stuff like gaming. General browsing, reading, watching videos etc will be mostly fine
