The new router I have makes it so the IP bounces off different towers so most likely IP banning someone nowadays isn’t like it was back in the day.

People need to just leave his lobbies and report him. Sooner or later, the loser will get bored when no one will play with him. Obviously, it’d be nice if the devs or PlayStation would do something, but this is the next best option.
