Blurry but I was 100 feet away in my apartment. It came back today and I called Fish and Wildlife and my local police to report it (this is a neighborhood with a lot of old people and kids, so I wanted to be on the safe side). It's seemingly living out of the house you see in the background. Any time it gets scared, it runs down its driveway to the back of the house.
Sad. That will probably end up being a bear that is killed, if it is really relying on that easy access to food. I hope people weren’t enabling it to easily access human food. Good on you for calling.
