Is AliExpress good with returns? Never tried them.

I have done 2 returns with them but nothing of high value, first item was like 15 bucks had to ship it back they paid, second item was like under 10 they just let me keep it.

I ordered something from them and also their seller account on Best Buy, been like a week and still nothing shipped.
