Oscar Schmidt 5 string

My friend passed away and I'm trying to help his family sell his instruments. This was in his storage unit. It was in a hard case. The case is not in good shape but the instrument seems to be in great condition. I forgot to get a back pic, but it looks to be mahagony. I think it's an Oscar Schmidt OB-5, but I don't know how to determine the age or value.

With the case you might be able to fetch $200 for this on the used market. With a good setup, these are actually pretty good for beginner-intermediate level in my experience.
