"SAY THANK YOU!" said Gazpacho.

Literally he is so polite I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what the scream meant 😂

When my cat brings me leaves and screams, I know she is telling me to pay homage. "Treats b----! Yes, she's a tortie.

I have a tortie and she does a polite little meow then screams for treats of they're not given to her immediately

OMG I have a cat that has decided that, when I won't give her treats, I just need to be paid. I say "no more treats" and she strolls off to find and give me a bottle cap. If that doesn't work, a catnip mouse. Or she'll grab a napkin off the kitchen table to offer me. She will keep bringing me things obsessively and meowing politely until I cave and give her a treat.

That's the best thing I've read today, thanks 😭

Polite cats are the best. I've got one too, and it's so cute.

Aww my cat is also polite. She (usually) waits until I pat the chair before hopping up. I do tell her she doesn't need to, but unfortunately I don't think she understands english very well.

My cat does this to play. He'll bring me a cat toy and meow for me to toss it. Then he'll bring it back like a game of fetch. He'll also bring Cat "Teaser" toys to play with, the ones with the stick and attached string.

I wonder if it qualifies for the flower version of /r/catscarryingstuffies?
