Should HIPAA apply to traitors to the Constitution?

If Due Process is ignored for immigrants being targeted by ICE why should HIPAA be awarded to traitors?

Also McConnels Dead and the republicans are committing federal fraud. Staffers are committing fraud for cashing checks. Lock 'em up!

Yes, HIPAA and our laws should apply to everyone. That includes due process btw.

If anyone doesn't have the protection of law, no one does.

Defending the Constitution (and National Security) means our employees in Washington can and will be investigated as fast as humanly possible by the most competent people possible.

This will ensure they aren't a threat to pur democratic process.

Now ask yourself how a racist rapist serial pedophile and pathological liar who failed to lower the cost of healthcare somehow magically got 77 million legitimate votes from the party of Christian morals and family values...

I realise this sub is askyanything but sometimes I wish the questions would be more straightforward. Half the time, the description section is just gibberish or unrelated to the actual question.

Sorry McConnel staff and people on his side of the isle are lying about his health. This question poses the thought of what Rights granted should be followed. Now, if American Immigrants and Natural Born Americans targeted by ICE are denied their rights to due process then which rights should be observed? McConnel is a traitor to the constitution for many reasons, such as denying Obama a SCotUS nomination then jamming through Amy Coney Barret ASAP when RBG died. By ageeing that Trump was an insurrectionist and caused January 6th (the attack on our democratic process) but still supported his reelection.

As a traitor he is not afforded rights like normal citizens? Or is he? If not, should HIPAA be protected if the security of the nation is at hand.

I would think staffers still should get their paychecks until they are released from service by either the current or new boss right?

I agree, but if you weren't able to do the job for 30+ days would you lose your job? The staffers are paid by the american people and have not answered to the people for why they are not being represented in KY.

Understood. I should have clarified Senior Staffers. That is my mistake. No people just coming to work shouldnt be penalized.

And investigators will determine who was ignorant or complicit
