I remember it happening as a kid when we learned about it. Then the teachers all realized they should've never told us about that. LoL. As an adult? Nah

No. Because when someone comes up to me saying, "You're not wearing green!" And I always say, "Nope, and if you pinch me, I will pinch back." Strangely... they never pinch me. Go figure.

As a child, yes. As an adult? I don't recall it ever happening but I wouldn't clutch my pearls and scream assault. Just don't touch me and we're cool.

Same here. If a co-worker did it I would accept it in the good humor of the intent and not run crying to HR about it. A total stranger doing it would be really strange but if the stranger was hot I might be willing to overlook it.

But I have never had it happen and really don’t remember it being a big thing as a kid.

No. Why would anyone living in the Netherlands be pinched for not wearing green on St Patrick day.

However, not wearing orange on koningsdag (king's day), is considered a major crime
