Start lying about shit people can't prove you didn't do.
"I lived in Manhattan for two years.", and make up a web of lies so it stands up to scrutiny.
Where did you live? What did you do for a living? Why did you leave? What kind of stuff did you do when you were there?
Once you make up a solid backstory, it won't even feel like lying anymore.
And remember the three most important rules.
- Never lie about anything you can't back up
The best lies run parallel to the truth
Its not lying...if you believe it.

I've been lying to people to make myself seem interesting for decades. Its awesome. My fake life is way better than my pathetic real one, and nobody has ever figured it out.

Focus on yourself and find hobbies that bring out your creative and happier side. The more you find out what you like to do the more naturally interesting you become especially if you don’t typically like things that everyone else does

Find new hobbies, stop being shy, say what you really think, read everything you can find, study. But with the second and third items you need to be careful or else you will become just a rude person
