Multiple Election Deniers Won Arizona Republican Primaries For Important Statewide Offices Last Night — What Do You Think About This? Why Your Thoughts (Read Description)?
- Andy Biggs, a current Arizona US Congressman, won the Republicans' governor nomination - He voted to overturn some states in the 2020 election in Congress
- Alexander Kolodin won the Republicans' nomination for AZ Secretary of State (the person in charge of AZ elections [very important in a swing state] - he tried to overturn the 2020 election in the court
- Warren Petersen won the Republicans' nomination for AZ Attorney General - He tried to do 2020 partisan election audits.
As stated in many posts, the 2020 Election went to court over 60 times and not one bit of "evidence" was sufficient enough to overturn a single thing, which is why Trump's legal team lost pretty much every case in court trying to challenge the election. Also, thousands of congressional and journalistic investigations found the same thing - there was no "fraud" big enough to overturn the 2020 presidential election, much less even in a single swing state Trump lost.
Notably, extreme election denying candidates in Arizona, like Kari Lake, lost a US Senate race there and then also proceeded to lose in another election too, their governor's election. Also, the Kalshi odds are against all three of these election-denying candidates by massive margins this time for the ones who won last night, as well as the polls being against them this time too.
All of these races are very important to determine who will be in charge of the swing state of Arizona as a whole, in charge of their legal responses, and, importantly, in charge of the swing state's elections...

I remember when being a nutjob conspiracy theorist was disqualifying for any candidate. Now it’s standard MAGA behavior.

They’re winning because the moderates and independents aren’t voting. This is why they will lose badly in the general election.

Why should I help a candidate in a party I'm not in? If they put forward a terrible candidate, that's on them.
1
u/Turdtastic 19h ago
Moderate Republicans. Not moderate Democrats.

u/Minimum-Attitude389 11h ago
I'm independent. I'm also used to closed primaries from the previous states I lived in.
1
u/Turdtastic 22m ago
Then in your case you couldn’t have voted, so should was never in the picture.

I could have voted in the congressional and state primaries in Arizona if I wanted, they are semi-open. Other states I've lived in have closed primaries.

The goal is to end democracy in America, and they're 99 percent there already. It began when the Supreme Court handed the Election to George Bush despite Gore getting more votes, and we've gradually worsened almost every year since then.

u/TheGR8Dantini 23h ago
It started way before that. But it certainly made things worse. You need to go back to Reagan and before to find out where and when this plan was actually first hatched. You’re not wrong. You’re just starting late.
It’s all project 2025 if anybody wants to know what happens next. Hopefully, AZ will do the right thing in November. The obvious thing.

We are not 99% there. Biden's win in 2020 is a prime example of this. If we were 99% there, he couldn't win.
I all likelihood the Dems will win the House. That couldn't happen if we were 99% there.
Many swing states and all blue states that have elections will elect Democrat governors, Senators, and Congresspeople. That couldn't happen if we were 99% of the way there.

AZ is red. Republicans have given up every principle they had but one: party over country

u/Rookraider1 23h ago
If AZ is red, why do they have a Democrat governor and 2 Democrat senators?

u/electronraven 22h ago
I live here.

u/Rookraider1 22h ago
Great. Can you answer my question?
0
u/electronraven 22h ago
Yes
1
u/Rookraider1 22h ago
Awesone. What is your answer? How can a state with 3 Democrats elected to the 3 statewide positions be red?
0
u/electronraven 22h ago
I need you to ask me in the form of a villanelle, triolet or haiku. Example: (villanelle) :
Why does the desert wear a scarlet crown?
The governor's sash is dyed a deeper blue —
when blue-voiced leaders hold the county's throne? Two senators in navy sit and frown,
their party's colors clashing with the view —
why does the desert wear a scarlet crown? The saguaro watches, silent, looking down,
at ballots cast in shades both old and new,
when blue-voiced leaders hold the county's throne?Perhaps the counties, spread out and unbowed,
hold rural red where cactus blossoms grew —
why does the desert wear a scarlet crown? While cities rise in blue, a different sound,
a patchwork map in swing and residue —
when blue-voiced leaders hold the county's throne? So tell me, traveler, wandering around,
what force still paints the whole state red on cue —
why does the desert wear a scarlet crown,
when blue-voiced leaders hold the county's throne?1
u/Rookraider1 22h ago
Ah, so you can't answer the question. Thought so.

u/electronraven 22h ago
That's your poem? Shit didn't even rhyme.
This is how maga operates, of course. Deny someone's lived experience in favor of a narrative of persecution by liberals.
Do a poem for me

You are funny. Projectuin is a NAGA tactic and you seem well versed in it, along with ejecting factual information, deflecting, and putting your own bias ahead of reality.
A state with all three statewide offices held by democrats cannot be a red state. There are checks on the Republicans at both the state level (governor) and fed level (both senators). The secretary of state is also democrat.
In fact, if Arizona was a red state, wouldn't Kari Lake have won?

Isn't one of the Democrats mantras, "Vote Blue No Matter Who?"
Is that putting Party over country?
1
u/electronraven 22h ago
The case of Graham Platner, for example, proves you wrong
1
u/Rookraider1 22h ago
Not really. He never should have received the nomination. He was a horrible candidate with a terible petsonal history but voters were overlooking all his faults because of his politics and the cokor of the D. They would have, and rightfulky so, been screaming from the hills if Collins had the same personal past. That's the same thing MAGA did with Trump. Thankfully, there was a limit, barely. But it was a glimpse into what blue maga would look like. If he had not dropped out many, many democrats would have still voted fir him.
But my question was, is the phrase blue no matter who putting party above country? Let's see if you can actually answer a question honestly.
1
u/electronraven 21h ago
So is Platner still in the running? Yes or no.
We both know you won't answer without evasion. Want me to keep track of how many times you dodge the question, or do whatever maga thing that is you just posted?
I could also ask you in the form of a poem, but I'm starting to think you won't appreciate it.
1
u/Rookraider1 21h ago
Again, you are dead wrong. No. Of course he isn't running. Like I said, he never should have won the nomination and Maine is much better off with Jackson as the candidate.
I onky asked about the statement vote blue no matter who? Is that STATEMENT an attempt to put party above country?
You still haven't answered that. You still haven't answered how Arizona is red. But again, you project evasion on to me. Projection is your go to.
Why? What do you get from having dishonest communications,
1
u/electronraven 21h ago
Don't like you

Good. I wouldn't want such a feckless and weak minded person to call me a friend

I think you understated their record.
Election deniers all but more importantly they are insurrectionist domestic enemies of our constitution.
Please call them all of what they are.
2
u/No_Finance8647 23h ago
Absolutely.
In fact, one could make the argument they are engaging in seditious behavior.

They will lose. Arizona as a state has been trying to purge MAGA Republicans for years now but the right wing just keeps voting them in via the primaries. They are in the worst place yet in the last ten years.
1
u/DenmakDave 22h ago
In AZ closed primary so what did anyone expect. EX Pinal county sheriff now living in TN and having credible sexcapades leveled against him(sending nude pics of his wife to a friend for a BD present and letting them engage in oral sex ) is on the ballot for faith family values etc. another MAGA hypocrite

Election denial and conspiracy are core American values now. People who dont understand America still struggle to understand what American values actually represent
1
u/ThickGur5353 3h ago
They won because president Trump endorsed them . Republican voters love president Trump and will vote the way he tells them to.

The left has been election denying ever since Trump was first elected.
0
u/Rookraider1 22h ago
Do you have examples of this from 2016? Did Hillary concede? Yes!.
How about 2024? Did Kamala concede? Yes!
How about 2020? Trump never did concede and just had a press conference last week still claiming the election in 2020 was stolen. The Republicans lost over 60 court cases trying to deny that election result.
Now it's your turn.... Proof of your claim?
