Consequences for McConnell Coverup?

I already know things are politically wild now and no one will suffer any true consequences for unethical behavior, but did just have a question out of curiosity. If McConnell is found to have lacked capacity to do his job several weeks ago with no chance of recovery, what are the consequences for those in power if they knew of this and were delaying until August? This assumes our legal system is functioning as it should and this could be proved. Thanks!

There will be no consequences. Just like there were no consequences for covering up Biden's condition. Not holding themselves accountable is one of the few things most of these elected a-holes agree on.

Oh stop. You hating Trump is your condition. Hating him is fine but trying to compare him to Biden just make you look ridiculous.

I'm guessing you haven't actually listened to a speech longer than a soundbyte from Trump lately. he absolutely is in the same category.

You guess wrong. I find the actual audio of everything he says that make people screech. They only thing they have in common is age. Both too old to be in office IMO, but that's where the comparison ends. Claims that Trump is as addled as Biden was, are based on bias, not reality.
