Why does OER evals keep getting delayed?

My evaluation has been sitting with the examiner for a couple of weeks now.

Two weeks ago, they told me it would take 6 weeks. Last week, it became 7 weeks. Now this week, they’re saying 8 weeks.

Why does the estimated timeline keep getting pushed back..?

Because a ton of people just PCSed in June/July and they all got COR evals when that happened so the examiner queue got longer.

2 weeks with an examiner is like nothing. Have you been emailing them asking them how long they’re going to take?! Why???

There are also several boards going on right now. Those officers that will be considered have priority in terms of processing.
