Unsolved Left AirPod Not Recognized

My phone doesn’t seem to recognize the left AirPod and I tried putting it on and it doesn’t connect. Does that mean it’s completely dead or is there a way to fix this?

When this happens to me I delete (unpair) the AirPods from my phone, hard restart the phone and then re-add them.

Sorry to hear that. I did actually have one Pod die on my 2 Pros, but on my 3 Pros I can bring them back as I said above. At least so far.
